Leadership Development

The Board of Directors and Executive Director shall provide the policies and procedures for interim coverage of Executive Director’s responsibilities and the Executive Director’s succession.

 

Specifically,

  1. The Executive Director shall submit to the Board a plan for interim coverage of the Executive Director responsibilities for up to 12 weeks
  1. The Executive Director shall submit to the Board a plan for interim coverage of the Executive Director responsibilities for up to three weeks of Board approved personal leave of absence.
  1. The Executive Director and the Board of Directors will jointly develop a policy on Executive Director succession.
