The Board of Directors and Executive Director shall provide the policies and procedures for interim coverage of Executive Director’s responsibilities and the Executive Director’s succession.
Specifically,
- The Executive Director shall submit to the Board a plan for interim coverage of the Executive Director responsibilities for up to 12 weeks
- The Executive Director shall submit to the Board a plan for interim coverage of the Executive Director responsibilities for up to three weeks of Board approved personal leave of absence.
- The Executive Director and the Board of Directors will jointly develop a policy on Executive Director succession.
